The best way to tap into holiday cheer is by recreating those delicious drinks that fill our tummies and hearts during these cherished times. To help you get into the holiday spirit, we crafted four original Gosili recipes! We made them healthy + plant-based to keep the festivities eco-friendly and nourishing.
These are Gosili’s Signature Holiday Drinks:
1. Spicy Hot Toddy
Nothing says holidays like a warm Hot Toddy— an absolute must during the wintertime. To give an interesting twist to the original recipe, we added a dash of cayenne pepper. This addition is perfect because it doesn’t make the drink spicy but gives it a perfect kick of flavor that balances smoothly with the sweetness of the honey.
If spicy just isn’t your thing, simply skip the cayenne pepper and you’ll still get a classic Hot Toddy! But we highly recommend giving the pepper a try.
Here’s what you’ll need…
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup water
2. 1 ½ ounces whiskey
3. 2 tsp of honey
4. 3 tsp of lemon juice,
5. 1 lemon round
6. 4 cloves
7. 1 cinnamon stick
8. A couple of dashes of cayenne pepper (to taste)
9. Your GoSili 16oz silicone cup
Directions:
Pour the water, cinnamon stick, and cloves into a pan and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice, honey, and whiskey. Mix very well to dissolve the honey and then add a dash of cayenne pepper and mix again.
Serve in your Gosili cup with a lemon round as garnish and enjoy!
Our silicone cups are perfect for hot drinks and can be your partner in crime for on-the-go moments. These are a few things that make our eco-friendly silicone cups one of a kind!
2. Healthy Gingerbread Holiday Float for Kids and Adults
Floats are a kid-favorite… but all the soda and sugar keep it from being a regular in holiday menus. At Gosili we’re all about having the most fun while keeping things healthy and planet-friendly— and this float is no exception.
We curbed the soda and used sparkling water instead. And with healthy, plant-based ice cream to top it off, you have a drink that’s tasty, fun, and won’t cause a huge sugar rush (you’re welcome, parents!).
To keep it festive, we added our own twist to the ice cream, recreating a delicious gingerbread cookie flavor. Your kids won’t even notice the lack of sugar!
Let’s dive in!
Ingredients (serves 1):
1. 1 can of your favorite flavored sparkling water
2. 1 scoop of plant-based vanilla ice cream
3. Plant-based gingerbread cookies or graham crackers
4. 1 tsp of nutmeg
5. 1 tsp of cinnamon
6. 1 tsp of raw brown sugar
7. 1 tsp of ground cardamom
8. 1 tsp of ground ginger
Directions
Grab your silicone Gosili cup and pour the sparkling water in it (about half the cup). We recommend lemon-lime flavor to recreate a Sprite flavor or a cola flavor to mimic Coke.
Add all the spices to a plate (nutmeg, cinnamon, raw brown sugar, cardamom, and ginger) and mix them up. Scoop one ball of ice cream and drop it on the plate. Cover the ice cream ball with spices to give it a gingerbread cookie flavor.
Once your ice cream is covered in spices, drop it in your Gosili cup. Crumble a couple of gingerbread cookies as a topping, connect your Sili Straws, and serve!

3. Super-Creamy Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate
The holiday season wouldn’t be the same without a nourishing, rich cup of hot chocolate— a true classic! And to make it effortless for you, this recipe is as easy as it is delicious. Just dump all the ingredients in your slow cooker and come back in a couple of hours for a ready-to-drink hot chocolate.
The arrowroot powder gives this hot chocolate an unbeatable creaminess you’re going to love! Plus, the maple syrup also highlights the flavor of the chocolate.
